Before all the fancy, formal education, I was writing beautifully eloquent princess stories on my mom's computer. Although I've ditched the princess stories (but not the dream of becoming one) and received a couple of degrees, I've never lost that sense of creativity.

I've been a freelancer since 2013. The majority of my written work has been for higher education and lifestyle publications, but I'm always interested in writing about something new. In addition to being a freelance journalist, I'm also a communication specialist with a background in internal communications.
