Case Study: Reworking Websites

I met Dr. Jill Wener a few summers ago, when I decided to participate in one of her in-person mediation courses. The experience was greatly impactful for me, so we’ve kept in touch. Sometime in January, I received an email from Jill about course offerings for the next few months (or something like that!), and I had an urge to respond and share with her that I am a freelance writer and remind her of the work I do. Interestingly enough, she was in need of major website-remodeling help. 

In the end, we were able to not only combine two websites, but also reorganize the entire flow of her main site and rewrite all of the copy!

Working with Alex was like a gift from the universe! Before working with her, I had two unwieldy websites for different audiences with the multiple services that I offer. Even I was confused by them! Alex helped me combine them into one streamlined website (plus a landing page), and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. She was reliable, efficient, and communicated well. She was also very patient with me as we went back and forth to get everything just perfect. Alex took into account my goals and ideas and created copy and website structure ideas to best highlight my services and improve the user experience. She helped me create compelling video content as well, which helped explain important aspects of my business.
